  • Licensees have through December 31st to renew licenses on time. Late renewal runs from January 1 through March 1, with a late fee of $200.00. You will be required to answer a continuing education question.
  • Before submitting payment, please make sure all information is correct.
  • Visa, MasterCard, debit card and electronic check payments will be accepted for online renewals.
  • ATTENTION:
  • Please note that the Board will not renew or mail your license, until it has received your CE Reporting Form: https://mft.alabama.gov/PDF/2024/CEReportingForm11-2-2023.pdf
  • If you are randomly audited, then you will need to supply the CE Reporting Form and back up documents as well (i.e., certificate of attendance, transcript, etc.)
