Licenses will
expire on August 31 unless noted.
Residency is determined by issuance of driver's license.

Participating Locations: Home internet, Phone Sales, Probate Offices, all POS locations.
Alabama Residents must possess a valid Alabama driver's license or non-driver's ID.
For Alabama Residents without these items, please visit your local probate office, license commissioner, Marine Resource Office,
or Wildlife & Freshwater Fisheries Montgomery Office in person to provide proofs of residency.
You are considered a Non-Resident IF you have an Alabama Driver's License or Non-Driver's ID and you possess a valid driver's license from another state.
Military Residency Exception is only available at your local probate office, license commissioner, Marine Resource Office,
Wildlife & Freshwater Fisheries Montgomery Office, or authorized Outdoor Recreation Office with a copy of orders of assignment
to Alabama or military paperwork showing Alabama as their current home of residency.
Non-resident College Student (age 17-23) Residency Exception is only available at your local probate office, license commissioner,
Marine Resource Office or Wildlife & Freshwater Fisheries Montgomery Office.
