Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources

Becoming an Outdoors-Woman

Workshop Registration

ATTENTION PARTICIPANTS:
A Heritage License, or a Wildlife Management Area License in the case of those who are not residents of the state of Alabama, is now required for all registrants of the Becoming an Outdoors Woman (B.O.W.) event. Since 1907, the men and women of the Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division have protected Alabama?s natural resource wealth on behalf of the citizens of our great state. That protection is solely funded through the sale of licenses. Programs like B.O.W. could not occur without the staff of the Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division. Purchasing a license is the best way to support that staff and the programs of the Division.
Please read the course descriptions thoroughly prior to making your class choices.
